Dan Heffernan is a Managing Partner and Co-Head of the Americas for Brookfield¡¯s Global Client Group. In this role, he is responsible for equity-oriented client relationships and capital raising activities across North America.
 
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2013, Mr. Heffernan was an executive director within Morgan Stanley¡¯s FrontPoint Partners hedge fund division and global head of fund of funds and family office distribution. Before that, Mr. Heffernan was a vice president at Goldman Sachs within its alternative capital markets group and a vice president and the hedge fund product manager for Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management in North America. Prior to Mr. Heffernan¡¯s career in finance, he was a captain in the United States Marine Corps.
 
Mr. Heffernan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
