David Lanterman is a Managing Director in Brookfield¡¯s Real Estate Group. In this role, he oversees asset management and capital projects across Brookfield¡¯s North American Hospitality Portfolio.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2025, Mr. Lanterman was with White Lodging, a developer, owner and operator of hospitality assets, where he held successive leadership roles, including Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, and oversaw its hospitality portfolio.

Mr. Lanterman holds a degree from Johnson & Wales University and serves on the brand advisory boards for Marriott and Hyatt.
