David Todd

David Todd is a Managing Partner in Brookfield¡¯s Real Estate Group. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Maymont Homes, Brookfield¡¯s single-family rental platform. In this role, Mr. Todd is responsible for business development, investments and operations, and serves as the Portfolio Manager for the Brookfield single-family rental strategy.?Previously, Mr. Todd focused on sourcing and executing investment opportunities for the real estate M&A team.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Todd held various real estate acquisition, development and asset management roles, following earlier experience as a management consultant and computer programmer.
Mr. Todd holds a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.
