James Bodi is a Managing Director in Brookfield¡¯s Legal and Regulatory Group. In this role, he is responsible for managing Brookfield¡¯s Bermuda office as well as corporate legal and regulatory compliance for its associated Bermuda entities.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2018, Mr. Bodi practiced corporate law as a partner at a leading offshore law firm. Earlier in his career, he practiced tax and corporate law in Canada.

Mr. Bodi holds a Juris Doctor degree from Western University Faculty of Law.
