Kateryna Yason is a Managing Director in Brookfield¡¯s Infrastructure Group. In this role, Ms. Yason leads the global portfolio management legal function and is the group¡¯s Chief Risk Officer.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2020, Ms. Yason was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for a regulated trust company.

Ms. Yason holds joint Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor degrees from the Schulich School of Business and Osgoode Hall Law School at York University.
