Mike Picton is a Managing Director in Brookfield¡¯s Private Equity Group. In this role, he focuses on industrials strategy in North America and plays a key role in underwriting, sector origination and value creation initiatives. Mr. Picton serves on the board of CDK Global and is a member of the investment committee for Brookfield¡¯s Corporate Credit strategy.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2017, Mr. Picton worked in M&A investment banking at a global financial institution.

Mr. Picton holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
