Sara Beugelmans is a Managing Director in Brookfield¡¯s Real Estate Group, responsible for overseeing the tax function for Brookfield¡¯s U.S. real estate funds and balance sheet assets. Previously, she managed tax structuring and compliance for Brookfield¡¯s U.S. office portfolio.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2009, Ms. Beugelmans worked at Andersen Tax in the private equity and international tax groups.
Ms. Beugelmans holds a Juris Doctor with a Tax Concentration degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law and Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts degrees from Arizona State University. Ms. Beugelmans is a member of the California State Bar.
