Shiv Gupta
Private Equity
Shiv Gupta is a Managing Director in Brookfield¡¯s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for operational due diligence and operational and financial oversight of portfolio companies in the Asia Pacific region. He currently serves as a non-executive director on the boards of La Trobe Financial and Trimco, and is responsible for overseeing those investments.
Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Gupta was a Principal at KKR & Co, responsible for managing its private equity investments in Australia. He has also held various executive roles and started his career at the Boston Consulting Group in Sydney.
Mr. Gupta holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. He is also a Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
